We Offer EXCHANGE of your item(s) for a different size, color, style, or a return for Store Credit that can be used later. 

A request for an exchange, or return for store credit, must be received within 14 days after receiving your order.  You will not be charged shipping for the first exchange, or return, but if you require multiple exchanges/returns - the credit card used to make the purchase will be charged for subsequent shipping fees.

By Purchasing an item on our website you are explicitly agreeing to the terms and conditions of our exchange policy.

EXCHANGE / RETURN FOR STORE CREDIT PROCEDURE:

    Prior to returning your item, please send an email to info@phiecollective.com with your reason for the exchange/return along with the item name, color, and size you would like to receive in exchange.  After we approve the exchange/return, you will receive a USPS prepaid shipping label which you will print and apply to the outside of the shipping carton used for the return. 

     All items being exchanged/returned must be in new/re-sellable condition including the original packaging; any hang tags must be affixed to the item - the same as when originally received.  

     It is critical that the exchange/return form be included inside the package being shipped back to our warehouse; if this missing, simply hand-write the following information on any sheet of paper; Name of Customer (shipping), Address, Order #, Item Name(s), Billing Name (if different from shipping name), and Amount Paid for the item(s) being shipped back.

     Any item(s) approved for exchange or return that are not shipped by the customer after 21 days from their original delivery date will not be accepted once received at our warehouse - they will be returned to the customer and credit will be rescinded.

     Store credits are usable for up to 6 months upon receiving a credit memo via email.  

THE CUSTOMER HAS 14 DAYS TO MAKE THE EXCHANGE/RETURN REQUEST by EMAIL, AND ADDITIONAL 7 MORE DAYS TO SHIP THE ITEMS BACK TO OUR WAREHOUSE.
