- What is my Size?

Most apparel and swimwear run true-to-size, however, certain styles are intended to be worn slightly oversized or may run smaller. Please review the descriptions listed on each silhouette and/or the size chart provided.

- Which payment methods are accepted?

 Phie Collective, LLC currently accepts all major Credit Cards + PayPal. 

 

- Does Phie Collective, LLC ship Internationally? 

At this time, we do not offer International Shipping. Only orders within the United States are processed. 

 

- Does Phie Collective, LLC offer expedited shipment?

At this time, we only offer Economy Shipping approximating 5-8 business days to deliver.

- How can I use my Store Credit? 

In the case that you would like to exchange for a different item and/or use your store credit, it is crucial that you email info@phiecollective.com.  Phie Collective, LLC will handle surcharges and/or store credit transactions on our third party Merchant Service Provider Square, Inc.
